KHDA Inspection Results
Following our 2019-20 inspection, GEMS Wellington International School is proud once again to announce its inspection result from the KHDA – Outstanding for the 11th year running.
Key successes are highlighted as:
- 73 / 85 performance indicators are rated Outstanding
- Teachers high expectations and student’s excellent learning skills contribute significantly to outstanding achievement
- Progression towards the UAE National Agenda targets is above expectation, the highest possible accolade
- Implementation of the Social Studies programme is above expectations
- Teaching in Arabic A has significantly improved
- Arabic B students language development and increased engagement ensures more rapid progress
- Understanding of Islamic values is Outstanding
- The curriculum is engaging, motivating and challenging
- Innovation is manifested at every turn
- Parents hold the school in high regard, valuing the way their children are known as individuals
