Beginning a career in hospitality, skills such as service-driven leadership, attention to detail and people-focused management were successfully transferred to education, fostering high standards, adaptability and proactive problem-solving. Health and safety remain a top priority in Education, maintaining secure and compliant environments for both students and staff.
