Nicola Huggett brings a wealth of international experience in education and leadership, underpinned by academic study at the University of Oxford, where she completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. She began her professional journey in advertising before following her passion for education, going on to lead two highly regarded and outstanding schools in the UK.

As Executive Principal of GEMS Wellington International School, Nicola leads with a clear commitment to delivering an ambitious, values-driven education.
