GEMS Wellington International School has closed all registration for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 academic years, except for Years 8 and 12.
Applications for these two year groups will be added to the Waiting List. If your application is shortlisted, the Registration Team will contact you to book an assessment.

Registration for the 2017/18 academic year will start in early October 2016.

Tours of the school are available at the following times:
General School Tour - Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10.15am. Please note that between April-June 2016, tours will only be provided for those looking for entrance for Years 8 and 12, or those who have been offered a place for September 2016.
To be able to appreciate what GEMS Wellington International School has to offer, it is essential to allow approximately 1 hour for the tour.
Booking your place at the Reception Counter or by telephone to the school switchboard +971-4-348-4999 is essential to maintain a high level of individual attention to questions. For those who are making a short visit to Dubai the school will be pleased to arrange tours outside these times by prior arrangement with The Registrar.

Application Requirements Completed online receipts will be accepted if accompanied by the Administration Fee of Dhs 500 (non-refundable).
The KHDA requires all families to submit the following documents for each child entering education in Dubai. Without these documents entry for your child may be refused.
Original Transfer Certificate (Attested if necessary, see below)
2 copies of Birth Certificate (in English or Arabic)
2 copies of Passport
2 copies of Residence Visa
1 copy of UAE ID card (both sides)
4 recent Passport size photographs
Please ensure that all relevant information regarding your child is included with the online Registration Form
Information regarding allergies, special medical conditions, etc.
Up to date contact details, and emergency telephone numbers for both parents
Most recent school report
Please also check that your child has received all necessary vaccinations. Please consult your Physician if in doubt. Transfer Certificate
The original Transfer Certificate must contain the following information
Date of enrolment at your childs previous school
Year group placement at previous school
Date the child left the previous school
School stamp and signature
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS
The Transfer Certificate of students from schools located in any country other than Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, USA and UAE, MUST be in English or Arabic and Attested by:
Ministry of Education
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
for the country in which it was issued. For students transferring from schools within the UAE, a Ministry approved Transfer Certificate is issued.
NB: The corresponding year group is of vital importance and the Ministry of Education may refuse the child entry if the year group does not correspond with that of the new school.
We offer priority placements in our FS2 programme, after siblings, to students who complete a full academic year in the Little GEMS Emerald/FS1 programme. Students receive an offer after successfully completing the school’s admission process.
